My Teaching Philosophy

In my role as a voice teacher, it is integral to guide students in developing well-rounded musical abilities, from building a consistent, healthy technique to strengthening the skills they need to grow independently as musicians. Frequently Asked Questions

  • Voice lessons are typically 30-minute or 1-hour sessions. I can be accommodating to a student’s needs if they need more or less time than those options.

  • I teach virtually and in-person in Carleton Place and Waterloo.

  • I believe in training in a wide range of genres and being a versatile performer. I specialize in CCM styles (pop, musical theatre, country, rock) but can offer foundational lessons in classical techniques too.
